プライバシーポリシー
Studio Z2C（以下「当方」）はiOSアプリ「12 Color Picker」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、利用者が撮影または選択した写真を端末内で解析し、64×64モザイクと代表的な12色、順位、使用率、HEXコードなどを表示するアプリです。
写真や解析結果を広告・行動追跡・第三者への販売・データブローカーへの提供に利用しません。
2. 写真へのアクセス
カメラまたは写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、利用者が撮影または写真選択を行い、iOSの許可画面で承認した場合に限って利用します。
選択した元写真の解析は端末内で行い、当方が運営する外部サーバーへ送信しません。
3. 保存する情報
本アプリは元写真そのものをアプリ内へ保存しません。利用者が結果を保存した場合は、64×64モザイク、12色の色情報、順位、使用率、作成日時など、結果の表示に必要な情報を端末内へ保存します。
元写真がiPhoneの写真ライブラリに残るかどうかは、利用者自身の写真管理によって決まります。
4. 共有
利用者が共有を選択した場合、本アプリは結果画像を作成し、iOSの標準共有機能へ渡します。共有先は利用者が選択します。
共有後の情報には、選択したサービスの利用規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリが解析結果を自動公開することはありません。
5. アカウント・広告・追跡
通常利用にアカウント登録は必要ありません。本アプリは第三者広告SDKを使用せず、広告識別子を利用した行動追跡を行いません。
6. アプリ内課金
追加モードを購入できる場合、決済はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得または保存することはありません。購入状態の確認にはAppleが提供する仕組みを使用します。
7. 情報の削除
保存した解析結果は本アプリ内の削除機能から消去できます。アプリを削除すると端末内のアプリデータも削除されますが、端末またはAppleのバックアップ設定によってはバックアップ内に一定期間残る場合があります。
写真ライブラリ内の元写真や、利用者が外部サービスへ共有した画像は本アプリから削除されません。
8. 安全管理
取り扱う情報の性質を考慮し、不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失、改ざんを防ぐため合理的な安全管理に努めます。ただし利用者自身による端末、写真、バックアップ、共有先の管理状況を含め、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
法令、サービス内容、本アプリの機能変更に応じて本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。重要な変更は本Webサイトまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Studio Z2C (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in the iOS app 12 Color Picker (“the App”).
1. Our approach
The App analyzes a photo you take or select on your device and displays a 64×64 mosaic, twelve representative colors, ranks, coverage percentages, and HEX values.
We do not use photos or analysis results for advertising or behavioral tracking, sell them to third parties, or provide them to data brokers.
2. Photo access
The App accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose to capture or select a photo and grant permission through iOS.
Selected photos are analyzed on your device and are not uploaded to a server operated by Studio Z2C.
3. Information stored
The App does not keep the original photo in its own storage. If you save a result, the App stores the 64×64 mosaic, twelve-color data, ranks, coverage percentages, creation date, and other information required to display the result on your device.
Whether the original remains in your iPhone photo library depends on how you manage your photos.
4. Sharing
When you choose to share, the App creates a result image and passes it to the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination.
The selected service’s terms and privacy policy apply after transfer. The App never publishes analysis results automatically.
5. Accounts, advertising, and tracking
No account is required for normal use. The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs or use advertising identifiers for behavioral tracking.
6. In-app purchases
If an optional mode is available for purchase, payment is processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not obtain or store credit card numbers or other payment details. Apple’s systems are used to verify purchase status.
7. Deleting information
You can delete saved results in the App. Removing the App deletes its on-device data, although information may remain temporarily in device or Apple backups depending on your settings.
Original photos in your photo library and images you shared to external services are not deleted by the App.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration. Complete security cannot be guaranteed and also depends on how you manage your device, photos, backups, and sharing destinations.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when laws, services, or App features change. Important changes will be announced on this website or in the App.
